Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order made 25.10 parcel came 13.11 (Volgograd). The bag is excellent, all the seams are even, the accessories are quite high quality. In the kit there are two belts, wide and narrow, both look great. Wide shorter, and narrow long, but its length can be adjusted, though it lacks a lock. The handbag itself is very miniature inside, one compartment and two small side pockets, one of them with a zipper. I have a purse in the bag back-to-back size 20x10, for such a model of bags it is better to use a small purse. From the decor of the bag there are two strips with gold squares, so I will remove them (in my opinion, without them the bag looks more elegant). The bag is happy at 100% (price/quality). I will order in another color. Seller thanks for the gift (red thread).

This bag is amazing. It comes with two straps. I love the shorter thicker strap so cute and it's not cheap. It's spacious for it's size and the price point is right up my alley. I want to order the brown color as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE and highly recommend.
