Usually, it takes 15-60 days via China Post Air Mail. If quick, it will arrive within 15 days. If slow, it will arrive within two month,This will depend on the post office & customs Efficiency in different country. If the destination is America, general 20 days can arrive.You should receive item within 20-60 days. Email us please if not receive items after 60 days as soon as possible. If you think that the time is too long, you can choose other courier, but you need to bear the corresponding costs.

A notification email/message of dispatch will be sent to buyer after item is posted. Please email us if you don’t receive our email after 5 days of full payment sent.

Returns Policy

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
